Labelling is required once a fragrance allergen exceeds 0.001% in a leave-on product or 0.01% in a rinse-off product. This tool only checks whether a substance is present in your pasted text — it has no concentration data, so it cannot tell you whether your actual formulation crosses that threshold. That's a calculation you (or your supplier's IFRA/composition data) still need to do.
